Nestled in the heart of Preston Park and just down the hill from the station, The Park View is a spacious and welcoming pub that's a firm favourite amongst locals.

As soon as you walk through the doors of The Park View, you’ll be greeted by an impressive selection of drinks to choose from. You might even need to take a minute to gather yourself with so much choice available!
For beer enthusiasts, there’s all you could hope for. Brooklyn IPAs, Laine beers and all the classic lager options too.
But if you're in the mood for something a bit fruitier, the cocktails that The Park View offers are where they come into their own, with a wide variety of spritz-based options to choose from. Feeling fruity, anyone?

Absolutely! The Park View serves up classy pub grub that's a cut above the average.
From juicy steaks to mouthwatering burgers, they've got all the good stuff covered. While it’s a little on the expensive side, the quality of the food is worth it (although I’d personally venture down the road to The Cleveland Arms if were looking for pub grub in the area!)

Yes, indeed! In fact, The Park View's Sunday roasts are actually a bit of a local institution and some of the best you can find in the area.
They’re also very well-presented and would be perfect for a Mother’s or Father’s Day meal out.

The Park View boasts one of the biggest beer gardens in Brighton & Hove. Split across a few different levels, it’s a fantastic place to soak up some sun or enjoy an after-work pint or three with friends.

Absolutely! In fact, I’d argue it’s one of the most dog friendly pubs in Brighton – and not just because of how close it is to Preston Park.
The bar staff are always friendly and ready to give dogs treats, water bowls and, most importantly, fuss. So definitely bring your furry friend along – they'll be in very good company!

While The Park View doesn't offer any specific games or activities, the fantastic vibe more than makes up for it.

It's approximately a 13-minute walk from Preston Park train station. It’s also mainly downhill, making it easily accessible for both locals and visitors.
